 You must be at least 18 years of age to complete this form.  All applications for minors under 18 years of age must be completed by either the parent, guardian, or responsible adult.  Submitting this membership application does not constitute approval of this application.  All applications must be approved by the HRKC Board of Directors.

All drivers must present proof of age at signup.  Acceptable forms are a birth certificate for members 16 and under and a valid driver's license or State issued ID for 16 and over.

Driver Registration Fee (per driver per race)

Members $12.00
Non-Members $15.00

Pit Pass (per person per race)

$12.00

If applicant is a minor, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult must sign the application for the minor, and must also become a member of HRKC (ie: 2 applications when driver is a minor - 1 adult, 1 minor).
